Shelob inconstans

Shelob inconstans is an endemic New Zealand harvestman recorded from both the North and South Islands. Verified records extend from Taranaki and the Wellington region through to Kahurangi and other parts of the northern and western South Island. Formerly known as Forsteropsalis inconstans, it was transferred to the newly established genus Shelob in 2025: Taylor 2025, Zootaxa.
