Nanometa forsteri

Nanometa forsteri is an endemic New Zealand long-jawed orb-weaving spider in the family Tetragnathidae. It is a small species and is often found in damp habitats, particularly around streams and shaded vegetation.

This species was formally described in 2020 and is now recognised as the New Zealand representative of the genus Nanometa.
